The Equip 2024: Community Preparedness Summit is designed to help Jewish leaders support their communities from the lead-up to election day through the inauguration. BDI Executive Director Shannon Hiller joined other experts on American elections, countering polarization, preventing violence, and preserving social cohesion for this half-day virtual gathering organized by the Jewish Partnership for Democracy. Participants worked through scenarios about potential threats to a free, fair, safe, and accessible election in 2024, and received tools to support their communities in proactively and reactively mitigating those threats.
